Vanilla Mango Lassi Protein Shake
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped
- ½ cup of vanilla yogurt
- ½  cup almond milk, rice milk, or milk
- 1 scoop vanilla Whey Power Plus®
- ice cubes if desired.
Directions: Combine all ingredients in blender and puree.
Raspberry-Blueberry Protein Shake
- raspberries (approx. 1 handful)
- blueberries (approx. 1 handful)
- 1 cup almond milk, rice milk, or milk
- 1 scoop vanilla Whey Power Plus®
- ice cubes if desired.
Directions: Add raspberries, blueberries, milk and Vanilla Whey Power Plus® protein into blender. Add ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
Kiwi-Apple Protein Shake
- 2 kiwis, chopped
- ¼ cup of apple juice
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop of vanilla Whey Power Plus®
- ice cubes if desired
Directions: Add kiwis, apple juice, almond milk and vanilla Whey Power Plus® protein in blender. Add ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
Tropical Banana-Pineapple Protein Shake
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1 scoops vanilla Whey Power Plus®
- 3/4 cup of almond or rice milk
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- ice cubes if desired
Directions: Add bananas, pineapple juice, vanilla protein, and almond milk into blender. Add ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
Triple Berry Smoothie
- 8 ounces frozen mixed berries
- 1 banana, peeled, cut into 2-inch pieces, and frozen
- 1 scoop of vanilla Whey Power Plus® protein
- 1 cup almond milk
Directions: Add all ingredients to blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Papaya-Banana Smoothie
- 1 cup milk
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Power Plus® protein.
- 1 small ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 large, ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup ice cubes if desired
Directions:
Combine the almond milk, Vanilla Whey Power Plus®, banana, papaya and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass.
Strawberry-Banana Smoothie
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Power Plus ®
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 banana, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 handful of fresh strawberries
- Ice cubes if desired
Directions: In a blender combine all of the ingredients and puree until smooth.
Rum Smoothie
- ¼  cup seeded, quartered mangoes
- ¼  cup stemmed, halved strawberries
- 1 banana, quartered
- Â ice cubes
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Power Plus ® protein
- ½  cup orange or pineapple juice
- ¼ cup dark rum
- ¼  cup fresh lime juice
Directions:
Place ice cubes in a blender and crush. Add the fruit, yogurt, juice, rum, and lime juice and process on high speed until frothy and thick. Serve immediately.
